My daughter is 10 and started her period this year.   She's had 3 cycles so far and each time is just miserable.   She's a heavy bleeder and having the worst cramps.  I have ovarian cysts and had heavy flows when I was a kid too but I didn't start till I was about 12 and don't know how to help her.   I was put on BC very young due to this but my daughter is so young and would love a natural way to help her.   

I love the book so much but in reading the leaky vagina I'm wondering what do most people use to wipe? I only ask this because I feel that sometimes just using toilet paper after I urinate can leave behind a smell Is this normal?
