Hi ladies, I went through the whole egg-freezing process in my early 20's and sadly was unsuccessful (long story for another time!). Anyway, I'm thinking about giving it one more try - I'm 29 now, feel even healthier, more active, and thinking about future babies :) Does anyone have any advice on diet and/or supplements to take in the weeks leading up to and during the treatment? I want to make sure I give it my absolute best shot and set up my body for success. Thanks in advance!
