Has anyone else been told that taking collagen supplements can increase acne ? I want to start taking it for the benefits but don’t want to increase my breakouts. Any feedback helps(: thanks!
- 1 scoop Whey Protein
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen peaches
- 1/2 banana
- 5-20 grams of Collagen
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- Optional: ice
