What are everyone's go-to healthy recipes right now? I'm in a rut and need to stop ordering takeout!

I eat an avocado every day! Maybe it’s not for everyone, but it’s the easiest nutritious lunch to bring to work. I work a TON, so simplicity is necessary. Sometimes I use smoked sea salt and lemon pepper, sometimes I will put sriracha, sometimes spicy brown mustard, etc. just depending on my mood and in order to keep it interesting. I cut it in half and eat it right out of the skin/shell with a spoon! So yummy and satiating and I always feel good about it after the fact. Plus it’s a cheap lunch!
