Today I took advantage of a rainy fall day to explore new WFH options. I want to be ready for the winter because I will not have a repeat of March/April when I moped around the house after classes/gyms were closed! I found an online Mat Pilates class offered by a local yoga studio. It was a great core workout and included a lot of stretching. Bonus: the studio is a woman-owned small business.
