Raise your hand if you've ever tried an under-desk treadmill! I am OBSESSED with mine and I feel like it's one of those gadgets that my lovely Love Club community might like!
It is the perfect hack into getting in steps throughout the day, boosting your cardio, and keeping you in shape without having to go to the gym. I love wearing my Fitbit on my ankle and tracking just how many steps I get. Week 1 I averaged about 8 miles of walking per day and now on Week 3 I'm averaging about 10 miles per day!
