@Lauren Bosworth is getting us ready for Thanksgiving with some of her all time favorite recipes for the holidays. First up, the most delicious roasted brussels you've ever had, made with bacon and shallots. YUM. Add this side dish to your holiday table, or with any meal in that case because these are seriously too good to be true and bound to be a hit. 😋

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1-2 pounds of Brussels sprouts
  • 5 shallots
  • Olive oil
  • Bacon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Ground garlic

Directions:

  • Slice 1-2 pounds of Brussels sprouts
  • Slice 5 shallots
  • Pour into mixing bowl with 2 tbs olive oil (or more..a generous pour is A-OK!), pepper, salt, ground garlic. Mix, mix, mix.
  • Chop 1/2 package of bacon into 1 inch slices
  • Spread veggies and cut bacon onto cooking sheet
  • Roast at 400 for 25 minutes. Check close to the 25 minute mark to make sure they are a beautiful brown, if not give them another 5-10 minutes and check periodically
  • Enjoy!
