@Lauren Bosworth is at it again with her fav Thanksgiving + holiday recipes, and we’re VERY much here for it. We present to you: the Mac N’ Cheese of all Mac N’ Cheeses out there. Super easy, super delicious, and YOUR new fav. Trust us. 😋

Here's what you'll need:

  • 1 box of pasta
  • 1 cup grated cheddar
  • 1 cup grated gruyere
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 8 oz of prosciutto (you can also use ham or bacon)
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 5 eggs
  • Salt
  • White pepper
  • Nutmeg

Directions:

  • Boil water and add at least 2 tbs slat
  • Chop prosciutto
  • Grate cheeses
  • Place pasta in boiling water and boil for 7-10 minutes until pasta is al dente (aka perfecto)
  • Drain pasta once ready
  • Brown prosciutto with olive oil in skillet. Browning should only take you a couple of minutes. 
  • Mix 5 eggs, 2 cups of whole milk together in mixing bowl
  • Add salt, white pepper and nutmeg to bowl
  • Add liquids, meat and cheeses to pasta. Top with extra cheese
  • Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
  • Enjoy!
