Good morning TLC!
Does anyone ever struggle with getting a certain amount of hours of sleep per night? I know that the standard is 7-8, but sometimes I'll go to bed an hour early or wake up an hour later and can reach 9+! It makes me wonder these two things...
- Is this your body telling you that you need more sleep than the traditional 7-8 hours? Maybe you had an extra hard workout that day, it was a mentally draining day, etc. I think about basic biology and how your body can heal itself, therefore it's telling you that you need more/less sleep and you shouldn't mess with it. Does that make sense?
- What are your favorite rituals for sticking to a sleep schedule?
