Good morning, all! As we roll into fall and winter, the days get shorter and shorter (until December 21st), and I myself have more and more trouble getting out of bed when it is dark outside. I also struggle to stay motivated to keep moving and active when it gets dark so much earlier in the evenings. In addition, where I live, it gets very cold, and I HATE the cold!
What are some suggestions you all have to rise above this darkness/cold weather depression?
