I think I've seen this mentioned on here but can't find the post, I am insearch of any and all recommendations to combat Seasonal Affect Disorder. I start to really struggle when Daylight Savings hits, and just don't want to spend another winter too sad to get out of bed every morning. I don't react well to antidepressants, I have Narcolepsy that is being treated with Adderall (also not my favorite, but other Narcolepsy meds are upwards of $300/month and ya girl can't afford that rn.) Any help is greatly appreciated! ❤
