  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1-2 scoops of Peanut Butter
  • 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
  • 4-6 Sparkle Fiber Capsules from Love Wellness
  • 1/4 cup non dairy milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
