- 2 frozen bananas
- 1-2 scoops of Peanut Butter
- 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries
- 4-6 Sparkle Fiber Capsules from Love Wellness
- 1/4 cup non dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
