So the next three months I’m challenging myself to engage in active movements at least three times a week doing different things.
As the weather gets warmer, I’m looking forward to bike riding and nature walks/runs.
Moving our bodies is so important for our heart health ❤️. We gotta keep the blood flowing.
Thankfully, I have a little dance studio in my school building, so I decided to workout here during my breaks and jump some rope or other aerobic exercises.
