Happy Monday everyone! This week I wanted to talk about working hard and what that looks like. I am a big believer that working hard does not mean staying up until midnight every night working and breaking your back over a task. Sure, I've been there and I think sometimes you have to, but it should not be a routine occurrence.
To me, working hard is going into each day, knowing what your goals are and what needs to be done, and then giving yourself the grace to stop in the evening knowing you've done the absolute best you can. I've found that this practice of time management and being goal oriented ultimately helps me to get more done, work with more focus, and feel calmer knowing I've done all that I can.
