Hello TLC!

Question for you... I'm starting to gravitate away from red and white meats, but definitely eating more fish - Does anyone have any recipes they would feel comfortable sharing that revolve around seafood? Looking for high-protein and low(er)-mercury content?

While we're on the topic, does anyone know how much mercury is too much mercury from fish?

I saw a quote somewhere saying "If I die from mercury poisoning as a result of eating too much sushi, that's probably the most chic way to go." - LOL (of course this is a joke).
