Ok guys, it's time for another salad dressing! This easy to make Green Goddess Dressing is packed with herbs and you are going to be obsessed with putting this on your salads and using as a marinade. 

Pro tip: Did you know you that you should wash your herbs in a bowl of cold water? It helps keep them extra fresh while getting them thoroughly cleaned. The more you know!

  • Handful of fresh mint
  • Handful of fresh dill
  • Handful of fresh tarragon
  • Handful of fresh basil
  • Handful of fresh cilantro
  • Handful of fresh parsley
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup of sour cream (or avocado mayo)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 anchovy (the ones in oil)
  • BIG squeeze of lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper


  1. Wash and dry the herbs and put into blender with lemon juice and olive oil
  2. Blend until smooth (you may need an extra splash of olive oil or water)
  3. Add garlic, anchovy, sour cream, and blend until smooth
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Add to squeeze bottle and place in fridge. This will last about 7-10 days!
