This is one of my all time favorite flu fighting smoothie recipes from a brand I love - Navitas.

Keep the sniffles at bay this cold and flu season with a double dose of superfoods. Navitas Organics Immunity Boost pairs with antioxidant-rich Goji Berries to pack a robust punch of health-promoting nutrition in this sweet and citrusy blend. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen Mango
  • 1-inch knob peeled Ginger
  • 2 oz frozen young Coconut
  • 1 cup organic Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flax
  • 1 Tbsp Navitas Organics Goji Berries
  • 1 scoop Navitas Organics Immunity Boost
  • 2 cups Coconut Water
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender on high speed and top with your favorite toppings.
  2. Makes 2 Servings
