Hi everyone! I recently learned I had a skin cancer on my nose and I was a bit surprised since I have used sunscreen on my face daily throughout my adult life. I know that bad sunburns during childhood are likely the culprit, but this has me questioning whether I am using adequate sun protection. Do you ladies use sunscreen with SPF 30+ on your entire body every day? Juse curious. I usually wear a hat in the sun but I only put on body sunscreen if I'm planning to be outside. Thanks in advance.
