Happy (almost) Galentine's and Valentine's Day everyone! I wanted to share my hormone balancing smoothie with you all. I think you all will love it not only for how delish it is, but also for how cute and pink it is too!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup of plant milk
  • ice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbs maca powder
  • 1 tbs beet powder
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon (I like a lot!)
  • 1 scoop of almond butter
  • 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries OR 1/2 cup of strawberry yogurt
