I absolutely adore a protein smoothie for breakfast and I find that when I have one in the morning after my workout, I stay much fuller for much longer. I recently shared my full smoothie recipe on Amazon Live but wanted to share with my lovely Love Club fam too! The video is quite long so I'm breaking it down nice and easy below! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coffee, cooled (decaf or regular)
  • 1 handful of greens
  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder (I like the brand Paleo Pro)
  • 1 spoonful of chia seeds
  • 1 spoonful of cacao powder
  • 1 spoonful of nut butter
  • Cacao nibs to top it
