A nutrient dense shake of course!

I love to recreate my client’s favorite desserts in smoothie form. Here are three of my client’s absolute favorites: 

Chocolate Covered Banana

  • Your favorite chocolate protein powder (a scoop that equals 15g protein)
  • 1 TBSP almond butter 
  • 1 large frozen banana 
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 
  • 8-10 oz chocolate almond milk

Almond Joy

  • Your favorite chocolate protein powder (a scoop that equals 15g protein)
  • 1-2 TBSP shredded coconut flakes
  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk 

Pineapple Upside Down Cake

  • Your favorite vanilla protein powder (a scoop that equals 15g protein)
  • 1 cup frozen cherries 
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • 2 TBSP full fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk

Directions:

 Add all ingredients and blend until smooth! Add less liquid for a thicker shaker and more if you prefer a thinner consistency. Sip and enjoy!
